TRAVEL WELL PREPARED

Confirm final travel, passport, identification and baggage instructions with the office before departure.

Before departure & your Umrah
  • The day-by-day itinerary and dos and don’ts will be provided two weeks before departure.
  • One Umrah is included before Hajj, after reaching Aziziya on 5 Dhul Hijjah, according to the supplied programme.
  • Walking is expected, especially during the final two days of stoning at Jamarat, despite the transport arrangements.
Passport handling & Nusuk card
  • The supplied programme states that passports will be collected after arrival at hotels in Makkah and Madinah. Confirm the custody, receipt and return procedure with the office before departure.
  • Confirm the current Nusuk card and identification requirements with the office. Do not assume the card replaces a passport for every purpose or allows unrestricted travel.
Early return to India

Hajis who choose to return to India early for any reason must arrange their own return tickets at their own expense, according to the supplied package terms.

Luggage collection & hotel delivery

The supplied group arrangements state that checked luggage will be transferred to the hotel in Makkah or Madinah using company stickers and hanging tags.

Confirm the applicable arrival and baggage collection procedure for your flight with the office before departure; do not assume a universal airport rule about collecting bags from the belt.

Packing, tags & luggage tracking
  • Attach the company sticker and hanging tag to each bag. Follow the office’s wrapping instructions, keeping identification and baggage labels readable.
  • Take clear photos of your packed luggage and its labels at check-in.
  • The office recommends a luggage tracker to help locate missing bags. Confirm the device and airline requirements before use.
  • Check the airline’s current baggage and prohibited-item rules before packing, including rules for power banks and food items. The office’s packing note specifically flags power banks, cash, gold and coconut; ask the team for the final item-by-item guidance.
Luggage responsibility & expenses

The supplied company policy places responsibility for luggage on the traveller. The company can provide guidance if a bag is missing, while expenses incurred in locating and collecting luggage are to be borne by the traveller.
